Hey Smokey, I'm a 16 year old arteest too, and your talent far surpasses mine. I'm serious. I know mine's probably the kind of art that you can't stand, as I mainly draw in a very Manga-inspired, cartoony style. But hear me out anyway.
I love constructive critique, and that is exactly what you've been giving. But you need to remember, this site is mainly populated by 12-17 year old girls who have watched Sailor Moon a million times. Those kind of people rarely take critique well, and unleash the fucking fury if you "insult" their favorite artist. I respect your wishes to make Deviantart an actual art site, I really do. But considering how most Deviantartlets lose their shit if someone says anything other than "KAWAII-DESU! =^__^= *Favs*" about their traced animu fanart, I think you're probably fighting a losing battle.
